The 2016 Behavioral Health Standards Manual is for surveys conducted between July 1, 2016 and June 30, 2017. The manual is for organizations that provide programs and services designed to serve persons or families with needs related to mental illness, alcohol or other drug usage, and other addictions, such as gambling.
